Growing up, my mom used to always tell my sister and me that the most important thing in life and the best investment is education… since no one can ever take it away from you. Fast forward many years into my career, I have attended extensive professional development, mindset, and leadership trainings that have greatly impacted how I see the world and how I contribute to it. With a belief that business is nothing but a conduit for our personal growth, I became a real estate and small business coach and consultant to help others propel their businesses forward and enjoy life more while doing it. I am a huge proponent for self-leadership through education, networking, and learning.
I became connected to Greg Zlevor, a Vermonter, coach, leadership facilitator, and author (among many other accolades), through Instagram… (The power of social media!). During a quick phone call, Greg shared with me his community the HopeMakers’ Collective, a network of likeminded, equally passionate thought and business leaders who come to Vermont to effect change… on the community or global level. The mission and Greg’s heart for positive change immediately resonated with me. HopeMakers travel to Stowe, Vermont, for an immersive, live leadership conference, designed to bolster creativity and energize all attendees.
Here’s more information to know about the HopeMakers’ Collective and how to get involved:
- The next meeting of the HopeMakers in Stowe, Vermont, is November 2-4, 2023. The HopeMakers host exclusive retreats feature inspiring talks and bring together leaders from around the globe for truly world-class networking and education.
- During the events, HopeMakers present and share ideas with one another to inspire creative brainstorming, different ways of thinking, and a broadening of our collective knowledge.
- The goal is to leave the event with renewed energy, focus, and determination to make a bigger impact locally, then on a global scale.
- The HopeMakers community is one that accepts all people. There’s no pitching, no judgement, and no drama. Rather, there’s an opportunity to step outside of your comfort zone, forge new relationships, and challenge your beliefs through new connections.
- The only requirement is that you come with an open mind, really listen to those around you, and make lasting relationships with other HopeMakers.
