The pie shed at Poorhouse makes my favorites in the state. Although their preorder is sold out, you can get your hands on pies on 11/19, 11/20, 11/21, and 11/22 – first-come, first-served. Heck, you’ll probably catch me in line too! My picks? Pumpkin Cheesecake, Apple Cranberry Crumb and Maple Cream (arguably the best pie in the state).
Mirabelles Cafe & Bakery, South Burlington:
Order online from Mirabelles for their Apple-Almond Tart, Pecan Sticky Buns, Pear-Spice Cake and all of the classics! They offer take-&-bake pie dough too if you’re making a pie at home.
Le Marche’, Shelburne, Vermont:
